HealthWorks Sunday Seminar Series
The HealthWorks committee has planned a recurring seminar series to bring health education, awareness, and resources to the LGBT Community in an atmosphere where we all feel welcomed and encouraged. The seminars are planned for every third Sunday of the month, beginning in February. The series launches on Sunday February 19 from 4:00 - 5:00 pm at the LGBT Center of Raleigh with:
This fun and entertaining seminar shows us how making healthy choices for meals and snacks is easy and smart, and how a little bit of daily home exercise goes a long way. After the seminar this month, be sure to plan to stay for a special premeire showing of Absolutely Positive at the LGBT Center of Raleigh at 6:00. |
