OutRaleigh 2012
Join us on Saturday, May 5th, 2012
for the most important OutRaleigh Festival ever!

Saturday, May 5, 2012
Downtown Raleigh
OutRaleigh, a festival of the LGBT Center of Raleigh, will take place on Saturday, May 5, 2012, in downtown Raleigh. From 10 am to 7 pm, City Plaza and Fayetteville Street all the way to the State Capitol will be buzzing with lots of entertainment and people. The streets will be lined with vendors, great eats, and an amazing Kid Zone! Join us for the fun and historical event. “All Families Matter!”
The OutRaleigh festival and the AIDS Walk+Ride, sponsored by the Alliance of AIDS Services – Carolina, will join forces on what may be the most important day before the May 8th referendum regarding marriage equality. Thousands of people will flock to Raleigh to support the rejection of the amendment.
There is no admission fee, but any donations are certainly welcome.
The festival is becoming an annual and growing event in Raleigh as we move toward the day when all people are ensured equal protection under the law and everyone’s contributions are recognized and celebrated. You can stay updated on the festival by joining the festival’s Facebook page, OutRaleigh.
Even though we have more booth space this year, it is NOT unlimited. If your institution, company, firm, or other LGBT supporting organization wants a presence at this historic event, click here to get an application.
