During a weekend of Leadership, Activism and Self discovery, the Camp will bring together NC students to motivate them to get involved in making their communities better. We are seeking a lead camp coordinator and two assistants. The team will be assisted by the Youth and Family Committee and Center staff.

                Duties:

                -Use outside established resources to update camp curriculum to increase focus on activism

                -Propose date and location for Center Board approval

                -Work with the marketing team of the center to promote the event

                -Update all current registration and activity materials for the camp

                -Confirm arrangements for overnight accommodations

                -Oversee the recruitment of camp facilitator(s), counselors and other logistics volunteers

                -Report progress to the Youth and Family Chair and Executive Director regularly

                Qualifications:

                -Past camp or event planning is a must

                -Past youth oriented event planning is a plus

                -Good written and verbal communication skills
