Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers at Pride

The LGBT Center of Raleigh offers many opportunities for involvement. Volunteers undertake a variety of tasks and have a key role in staffing the Center. Typical responsibilities include welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries about programs or the Center, assisting with our library, and participating in projects. Special events often need the support from volunteers to set up, run and breakdown.

If interested, please fill out our volunteer profile to attend an orientation and learn more about your role at the Center. During the session, you will learn more about our programs, meet staff members and key volunteers. Volunteer orientation is typically held on the first Saturday of each month at 11:00 AM.

For more information, please email us.
