    Description:

Every month, Funguys Brewing hosts a local group or non-profit organization that we raise funds for. Our June charity night will benefit the LGBT Center of Raleigh, in honor of June being LGBTQ Pride Month. On June 28th, we will donate 10% of taproom sales to this organization, as well as 100% of Funguys Merchandise Raffle Basket sales. Help us raise money for a great organization!

We will have Fully Loaded Fritters serving up dinner 6-9pm, and Dave Devlin performing live music 6-8pm!

    MORE ABOUT THIS CAUSE:

Their organization's goal is to share what The LGBT Center of Raleigh has to offer the Community, to listen to what our Community needs, and ways that they can assist.

Their mission is to strengthen individual and community development through social and educational activities; to facilitate the incubation of supportive services and groups; and to identify needs and advocate for resources benefiting the diverse population of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people, their friends and supporters within and beyond central North Carolina.

Your purchases that night will benefit the LGBT Center not-for-profit funds, which is one of the most successful community centers in the country, attracting national attention for it's programming and management. Functioning as Raleigh's LGBT community flagship organization, The Center is led by a 14-member board of directors, has two full time paid staff, and utilizes more than 400 community volunteers to ensure that all LGBT people in the Research Triangle have a voice. With our help, the Center can provide direct program services to the incredibly diverse community, including youth programs, SAGE Raleigh, HIV Testing and Counseling, and an amazing Transgender Initiative - just to name a few.
