Mailing Address: 19 West Hargett Street Suite 507 - Raleigh NC 27601 - 919-832-4484

The LGBT Center of Raleigh is physically closed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, but we continue to meet virtually! Those virtual offerings can be found here. If you have questions or are seeking resources, you can call 919-832-4484 seven days a week between the hours of 12pm and 4pm, and your call will be answered by a staff member or volunteer.

We continue to work with our partners at the Alliance of AIDS Services - Carolina on creating a plan to resume HIV and STI testing at the Center and will make an announcement by the end of July!

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

Are you having trouble with the Speech Banana? Leaning in, asking "What did you say?" a lot, sometimes feeling at a loss to understand what someone is saying while you're in a group?
Last month, Patricia Johnson, Au.D., assistant professor at UNC's School of Medicine, talked to us about how face masks affect communication. She's back, by popular demand! In this virtual presentation, Dr. Johnson will provide practical information on types of hearing loss, what to look for when researching hearing aids, and how to decide what's right for you. There will be time for questions and answers.
