We encourage each program associated with the Center to have its own logo and use it widely on social media, activity promotion, paper marketing materials (signs, posters, brochures, flyers, postcards, business cards, etc.), and promotional marketing materials (T-shirts, mugs, calendars, vinyl bumper stickers, pens, gift certificates, key chains, etc.)
The only requirement is that it have the words “a program [or initiative] of the LGBT Center of Raleigh” somewhere on it and the tag line is to be used with the program logo. The tag line may be any size and may be too small to read when used with a small promotional piece, but it should be there unless otherwise approved by the Center’s Executive Director. The only exception to this requirement is when the program has adopted a parent body’s logo (such as SAGE) for use with the local program. The parent body’s requirements will be honored in all instances.
The program logo may be used in connection with the Center’s logo in keeping with the Center’s Logo Usage Guidelines.
Please send spec sheets of your program’s logo to our Executive Director so it can be kept on file.
