Health and wellness programming for all.

The LGBT Center of Raleigh was founded on a promise to provide accessible health and wellness services and resources to the community. Our aim continues to address the whole person and all that plays into someone’s well-being. Historically, our focus has been in the areas of physical, mental, spiritual, financial, and environmental health.

Pride Flow Yoga

In partnership with Current Wellness, Pride Flow Yoga is a monthly yoga class that’s lead by a local, queer instructor. All classes are free! Attendees can mingle after class at the Wellness Bar, where they serve nonalcoholic beverages and snacks for purchase.

HIV/STI Testing Services

In partnership with Alliance of AIDS Services - Carolina, HIV/STI testing occurs every other week on Monday evenings from 5 pm - 7 pm. It is completely free, confidential, and appointments are not required. Testing services also include connection to resources, counseling, and direct links to care if needed.

Please check our website calendar of events for up-to-date testing nights!

LGBT+ Mental Health Support Group

In partnership with NAMI Wake County and NAMI North Carolina, the LGBT+ Mental Health Support Group is a bi-monthly virtual space for LGBTQ+ folks navigating their mental health journey. This program is peer-led, free, and confidential.

Returning in 2026 will be our regular in-person group gathering.
