LGBTQ+ History Month At The Center
LGBTQ+ History Month is also an annual fundraiser supporting the LGBT Center of Raleigh and the work we do year-round. Every gift helps sustain our programs, resources, community space, and care for LGBTQ+ people across our community.

Join us on Friday, 10/2 for a screening of Paris is Burning. (Suggested $5-10 donation). Costumes encouraged!
5-8 PM
On 10/15, Viiv Healthcare, Alliance NC and Latino Deep South are joining us for Latine HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. We’ll be conducting testing and hosting trivia. This is a free event, donations welcome.
6:30-8:30 PM
On 10/28 we’re hosting an Aro-Ace Mixer for Ace Awareness Week. We’ll have conversation starters and light snacks, plus ace-themed drinks available by donation. This is a free event, donations welcome!
On Wednesday, 10/7, we will be joined by our friends at T4T Collective for a Trans History Exhibit. This event is free, donations are welcome.
5:30-8 PM
We’re joined by Alt Shift Collective on 10/21 for a screening of “Kiki.” This is a ticketed event - stay tuned for details!
Where to Find Us
The LGBT Center of Raleigh is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Raleigh, next to the Lincoln Theatre.
Visitors can find free two hour parking in the deck directly across the street. Street parking is also free after 6pm.
